The Syracuse Orange have always been hot in College Basketball but now they are making waves in College Football as well.
New York has passed legislation allowing mobile sports bets in 2021 but with one cavaet, no wagering on in-state schools.
Sportsbooks that operate outside of New York like Americas Bookie were quick to capitalize. While Americas Bookie does not explicitly advertise in the state, they allow individuals to register their online sports betting account with just a name, valid email and valid text number.
Americas Bookie has been in business since 2006. They have some great offerings.
- 100% signup bonus all deposits up to $2500
- Fastest payouts
- Credit cards, gift cards, bitcoin, bank wires all accepted
- Accessible all states
- Build your own sportsbook option
Even better, you can get paid even when you lose as Americas Bookie offers 10% BACK on your net losses monthly.
They also have a unique offering where you can win $333 if your NFL team scores exactly 33 points(win or lose). Pretty cool.
Those in the Syracuse area, and throughout New York State for that matter, will not settle for the inablity to place a wager on games featuring the Orange. This season, in particular, Syracuse opened hot in College Football.
For Syracuse in 2022 it all began with a 31-7 victory over a pretty good Louisville Cardinals team.
Sean Tucker rushed for 98 yards and scored two touchdowns, one on a 55-yard catch-and-run, while quarterback Garrett Shrader threw for two scores and ran for another. Louisville had won the past three meetings in the series.
In Week 3, the Orange stunned Purdue 31-29 at home.
That one was pretty miraculous even though Syracuse played well throughout.
Shrader connected with Oronde Gadsden II on a 25-yard touchdown with seven seconds left to lift Syracuse past Purdue. Shrader did not play well in the first half, so this made up for it.
"They threw a corner route, completed it in the corner against man-to-man coverage. It was in the end zone and they scored on it," Purdue coach Jeff Brohm said. "They did a good job of executing."
The Orange will come into the 2022-23 College Basketball season with relatively long odds to win a championship at 200-1.
