Despite reports Monday that the brother and sister of jailed BetonSports founder, Gary Kaplan, have entered into guilty pleas, sources close to Gambling911.com advise they will not be providing any testimony.

"There will be no jail time either," our source tells us.

Neil Scott Kaplan, 43, plead guilty along with his older sister, Lori Beth Kaplan-Multz, 48.

Each pleaded guilty to a felony racketeering conspiracy charge and agreed to turn over money held in Swiss bank accounts reportedly linked to their earnings while at BetonSports.  The Kaplan siblings also pleaded guilty to an additional conspiracy charge.

Back in April, former BetonSports CEO, David Carruthers, also plead guilty.

A federal grand jury handed down an indictment against Gary Kaplan, Carruthers and some of its executives as well as a few low level employees.  Also indicted were three individuals who ran a separate marketing and promotions firm that worked closely with BoS.

Gary Kaplan was charged with racketeering, money laundering and tax evasion along with various other crimes.  He awaits trial in a St. Louis prison.
