Eight Individuals Arrested for Ceasars Atlantic City Robbery: State Trooper Sho

Eight individuals have been charged in connection to an armed robbery at Caesars Atlantic City Casino on July 21.  Those arrested include a former security guard of the property.  An attempted arrest resulted in a Delaware State Trooper being shot.

Izyiah Plummer is alleged to have taken part in the robbery just two weeks after his termination by Caesars.

Of the eight people arrested, five have already been charged with the crime itself.  Three others are under investigation for having received funds derived from the robbery.  $181,200 was stolen from the casino.

Plummer, 19, is alleged to have brandished a gun then fled with another assailant upon receipt of the $181,200.

Others charged with the crime include Nathaniel Greenlee, 21, and Donovan Jackson, 20, both of Delaware, State Police said.  Greenleee was discovered to have driven the getaway car.

Myles Coleman, 23, of Atlantic City was charged with receiving stolen property.

Monique Kelly, 19, and Dwayne Morgan II, 20, both Pleasantville residents, were also arrested.  The two were employees of separate Atlantic City casino establishments.

Lance Rogers, 20, of Atlantic City was arrested on July 23.  Robers is accused of receiving stolen property and was released pending a court date.

When Deleware State Police attempted to execute an arrest of Greenlee, his dad, John Greenlee, 50, shot one of the state troopers who entered his front door. The officer was wearing a protective vest and survived the shooting.

The elder Greenlee and his wife, Kim, were both arrested.
