A number of antsy customers of Heroes Sportsbook out of Curacao have been posting on the Sportsbook Review forum that they are waiting weeks for payment.

Gambling911.com was also provided with information related to the old "bait and switch":

A client made a bet on the Rockets against the Lakers for what he thought was one of the playoff games. The ticket below clearly say it was a GAME wager not a SERIES wager. The bet never got graded as a winner after the game was over and he was told it was a series wager instead.  Then after the Rockets went up in the series, they canceled the bet out of fear that the Lakers were going to lose the series as a big favorite.  Ironically, the Lakers turned it around in the series and won.

"It's basically hit and miss," said one Gambling911.com source.  "Some (players) are getting paid while others are not.  This doesn't appear to have anything to do with payment processing and it looks like this company can be in trouble."

The Sports Book Review website reports receiving a number of complaints about this company over the past month.

Heroes was once partnered with World Wide Tele Sports (WWTS) but was later disbanded after Bodog Sports purchased WWTS' parent company.
