One lucky individual managed to win $1.3 million this past weekend at Just-Dice.com, a European-based online casino offering a bitcoin dice game.  The amount translated into bitcoins was 11,000.

This is the biggest win ever recorded at a bitcoin casino and one of the largest ever paid out by any Internet casino for that matter.

The player, using the handle Nakowa, actually started off the weekend on a bad foot, losing $11,000 in a single bet Friday evening

When all was said and done, Just-Dice.com had to start dipping into its $5.6 million savings account for replenishment.

The Courier Mail reports that Just-Dice.com was started in June by an anonymous developer known only as dooglus   In its first month, 429,600 bitcoins were wagered on the website ($38 million at the time, $53 million now).
