New Jersey Should Have Sports Betting by Super Bowl as Rehearing Granted

The 3^rd Circuit Court has vacated its ruling regarding the legality of sports betting in the state of New Jersey.

The professional sports leagues and NCAA had filed suit to prevent the activity in the Garden State.

This is being viewed as a victory by New Jersey politicians backing the initiative.

Senator Ray Lesniak tweeted Wednesday morning:
