AJ Dybantsa

The upcoming NBA Draft class is being compared to the legendary classes of 1984, 1996 and 2003.

In order, those respective drafts produced Jordan, Olajuwon, Barkley, Stockton, Kobe, Iverson, Nash, Ray Allen, LeBron, D-Wade, Carmelo and Bosh.

This freshman class is absolutely loaded. There have been amazing performances by Darryn Peterson, AJ Dybantsa, Cameron Boozer, Keaton Wagler, Mikel Brown Jr., Kingston Fleming, Darius Acuff and Caleb Wilson. Hence why we have seen a staggering level of NBA tanking this early in the season.

Peterson has been the favorite to be picked No. 1 overall in June’s NBA Draft at BetOnline.ag for the entirety of the college hoops season…until now.

Dybantsa, who had a bigger profile in high school than Peterson, has been amazing in February and is now the favorite to be the first overall pick.

In February, Dybantsa has averaged 38.3 minutes, 30.7 points, 7.8 rebounds and 5.7 assists while shooting 54.6% from the field and 43.8% from three.

Meanwhile, while Peterson has played well, he has missed 11 games thus far, and his desire to play has been questioned multiple times.
