Big win

A Texas man has claimed $506,856.84 playing the Blazing 7x Blackjack Progressive game at the Harrah’s Gulf Coast last Tuesday.

Harrison M., 22, of Austin, Texas won with a side bet and a hand of lucky 7s.

Several six-figure+ jackpots have already been won this year.

In this game, the player makes a standard blackjack wager and then places an optional Blazing 7’s Progressive wager.

Every wager contributes to the growing jackpot pool and the jackpot pays out based on the number of sevens dealt in the player’s first hand and the dealer’s “up” card.

He won with three suited sevens and collected his jackpot.

This was the biggest win at Harray's Gulf Coast so far this year, but not the biggest in Mississippi in 2026.

That honor went to a lucky player at the Beau Rivage Resort and Casino in Biloxi earlier this year and occurred on the Wheel of Fortune slot.
