Blind Luck Wins 2010 Kentucky Oaks: Pays $125

Blind Luck was the favorite to win the 2010 Kentucky Oaks, a race that took place Friday afternoon.  She paid out $125 for every $100 bet at Bookmaker.com.

"This one was like taking candy from a baby," remarked Don Shapiro, Sports Reporter for the Gambling911.com website.  "We were all pretty certain this horse would win the 2010 Kentucky Oaks."

Bookmaker.com was paying back 8 percent of Kentucky Derby losses and wins this weekend making things even more gratifying for bettors.

 

Blind Luck, the 6-5 favorite, came roaring down the stretch and caught 11-1 longhsot Evening Jewell and won the Grade I, $500,000 Kentucky Oaks at Churchill Downs Friday afternoon.

Ridden by Rafael Bejarano, Blind Luck won for the seventh time in 10 tries and gave  northern California-based trainer Jerry Hollendorfer his third win in this race.
