Done Talking had huge odds to win the Kentucky Derby prior to Wednesday at 35 to 1 at BetOnline.com

Done Talking finished first at the Illinois Derby earlier in the month.  This is the same Derby prep race won by the legendary War Emblem back in 2002.  That said, Done Talking also managed an abysmal 10th place finish at the Gotham G-3 in early March.

His late minute running style in long races is good enough to consider Done Talking for a trifecta if not a small wager to win the Derby

"I like our chances," trainer Hamilton Smith said. "We're going to be a long shot, but that's OK. He's been a long shot all along. I think he belongs in the race. He finished real strong in Illinois. That's what he'll have to do there -- come off the pace."

Definitely monitor the post position draws closely.
