Lookin at Lucky may be the favorite in the 136th running of the Kentucky Derby on Saturday but he does not have a favorable post position as he will start from the rail.  With Eskendereya out of the Kentucky Derby odds, the odds are a lot more wide open than they would have been.  Lookin at Lucky was made the 3-1 morning line favorite with Sidney's Candy the 5-1 second choice.  Sidney's Candy will start from the opposite end from Lookin at Lucky as Sidney's Candy starts from post position 20.

Make your Kentucky Derby wagers at SBG Global.

There are three horses in the Kentucky Derby with odds of 10-1.  The filly Devil May Care, Florida Derby winner Ice Box and Gotham winner Awesome Act are all 10-1.   There was a late addition to the Derby field as Make Music for Me got into the race when Endorsement was withdrawn due to an injury.

This year's Derby has the potential for another longshot winner. Last year it was Mine That Bird shocking everyone by winning at odds of 50-1. This year there are some longshots that have a chance.  In fact, there are 10 horses in the Kentucky Derby betting field with odds of 20-1 or more. What also makes this race tough to handicap is that rain is in the forecast.  There is a very strong chance that the track will be wet and it easily could be muddy. More than 100,000 fans are still expected to watch the first race in horse racing's Triple Crown.

Here is the full field for Saturday's Kentucky Derby with the post positions, jockeys, weights and morning line odds.
