Following the noon time announcement of the Kentucky Derby 2010 post positions, expect odds of winning the Derby to change based on the designated positions. Post positions have since been determined and appear below.
As one can see below, the number 1, 4, 5, 8 and 10 post positions are among the most successful over the past 100 plus years.
Whatever horse lands in the 17 and 19 post positions can be expected to have very long odds. No horse has ever won in either of these positions.
