If you live in either Minnesota, Missouri or Indiana, you won’t be able to bet on the Preakness Stakes with any US-based licensed site. There are alternatives like BetOnline, which operates offshore and has been in business since 1999. They are one of the largest online gambling websites in the world.
Pari-mutuel betting on horse racing is one of the forms of gambling permitted in Minnesota but TwinSpires.com, BetAmerica and TVG won't take bets from the state.

TVG, which is owned by Betfair, does take bets from Idaho, New Mexico and New Jersey residents. TwinSpires.com does not.

- Pablo Del Monte 33/1 (opened 18/1, moved to 33/1 and unchanged)
