Santa Anita Handicap 2014 betting odds were available at Sportsbook.com here (up to 8% in losses back/rebates weekly). 

The Santa Anita Handicap is a Grade I race run on dirt.  It is open to horses four years old and up and is considered among the most important horse races in North America during the winter months.  It features a purse of $750,000.

Three horses were vying for favorite status including well known names from last year’s Triple Crown season including Mucho Macho Man, Will Take Charge and Game On Dude.  Each would pay out just shy of 2/1 odds.
