(Editorial) - SBG Global scam? I don’t think so! As an expert in the field of sportsbetting and also as a bettor myself, I find it truly irritating that situations between clients of SBG Global and the company, are still being discussed by some online gaming forums and its followers for over six months from the original time that they supposedly happened. Come on people! This is getting old! Who in their right mind would believe such fiction from a company that has proven to be among the best and most trusted ones out there?

One of the instances cited by these forums takes us back to April of 2009 regarding a Formula 1 futures wager. The wager appeared settled, and it is even mentioned in the forum stating that “a settlement had been made by SBG’s customer service manager”. The same post on the settlement showed up again on their forum in January and February of this year 2010! It is easy to judge when you only know one side of the story. I’m sure many of these readers only paid attention to the post exposing the supposed issue, and refused to read the clarification on what really happened.

I honestly find it very hard to believe that a company of such category and status and with over 15 years of experience in the Sportsbook industry, would not make every attempt to resolve any issues with their clients as quick as possible and to my knowledge, they have consistently done just that.

Other questionable disputes exposed in these forums go back to two years ago or more. They are in regards to the purchase of BetRoyal, Sports-Gambling and third party handicappers and sportsbooks that claimed to be affiliates or associates of SBG Global. In my opinion, the information provided in these online gaming forums and complaints were somewhat ambiguous and never really brought things to conclusion.  Knowing this industry that seems impossible, as if the claims were legitimate, these forum posts would have continued indefinitely.

I have been around the call center and Internet gaming business for many years and find it hard to believe that there is any validity to these scam claims. SBG Global would not have the respect and the longevity that it enjoys if all the questionable claims and disputes were true.

I myself am a long time client of SBG Global and have had nothing but great service, and trust me, I’ve bet with almost a dozen gambling sites, but found SBG Global to be my betting home. I respect the way SBG has handled the adverse publicity that a few forums and internet sites have presented, because all it has done is make the company grow into a stronger and more solid authority in the industry.

SBG Global scam? There is no scam! There is a story of a great, serious and professional company that has provided gaming entertainment over the past 15 years and has easily survived the difficult times with the all regulations that have come down the pike pertaining to online gaming and sportsbooks as well as the poker industry.  Once again, I find it difficult to understand how a couple of forums can hold these unwarranted judgments, but even more so to think how ignorance could take over a person’s mind and blindly lead them in the wrong direction after reading such lies.
