Real cash online poker traffic slid another 0.7 percent this week according to the monitoring website PokerScout.com.

The newly regulated markets of France and Italy seem to be providing the only true growth signs.  PokerStars main site traffic was up a mere 3 percent while their total combined France and Italy traffic witnessed an increase of 12 percent as an example. Full Tilt Poker has not managed significant inroads in the regulated markets, PokerScout observed.

Svenska Spel moved up one notch to 18th, displacing Ongame.fr. iPoker.it joined the top 20 at 20th place, relegating International.it to 21st.

When it comes to poker site traffic, Gambling911.com has a keen interest in the fight for number 3 between PartyPoker and iPoker.  And this week iPoker overthrew Party by a mere 50 average players to grab the coveted number 3 spot.
