At least one NFL team has already declared the NFL Lockout to be over.  The Cincinnati Bengals sent out a mass email early Friday morning, presumably to everyone (including players) within the organization.

The subject line declares, “Lockout is over; You ready for some football?”

The first line, supposedly signed by Head Coach Marvin Lewis read:  “We are excited to let you know that the NFL has reached a new Collective Bargaining Agreement that allows the entire NFL season to be played this year.”

Whether Lewis actually signed this email is debatable.  Most would agree the sending of such an email is a bit premature.
