Poker Pro Matt Glantz Not a Jumper: Allen Bari Is

Gambling911.com’s Ace King erroneously reported that poker pro Matt Glantz had announced his intention to jump off the roof of the Palms Hotel and Casino after busting out of the Epic Poker Tournament.   King had Glantz confused with another player who tweeted the desperate cry for help and suggested there was nothing wrong with his message that went out to over 30,000 followers while appearing on the Quadjacks.com radio show Friday night. 

Indeed it was another poker pro appearing on the show, Allen Bari.

He tweeted Thursday evening:

“Contemplating jumping off the top of the palms so everyone who is about to say that they're happy I bubbled has to live with my death”

Gambling911.com Publisher and Founder Chris Costigan was brought onto the show and immediately deleted the wrongful information.  He was stunned and speechless. 

Writer King issued the following apology:  “I am truly sorry for any harm this may have caused Matt Glantz.”

The poker pro told the Quadjacks audience that he was receiving dozens of texts from worried friends and others in the poker community immediately following the article’s publication.

Matt Glantz told G911.co:

“You guys put up a story about me that is 100% untrue. Nothing is factual or truthful in this story.  You have me confused with someone else.  Please take it down immediately and make a full retraction or I will be seeking legal action.”

Mr. King has been dealt with accordingly.
