Dullahan odds to win the 2012 Belmont Stakes were coming in at just shy of 4/1 at BetOnline (payout would be $35 for every $10 bet or $350 for every $100 bet).

Dullahan is widely considered by many to be the biggest threat to favorite I’ll Have Another, who was listed at +145 odds to win the Belmont Stakes and the coveted Triple Crown.

So will Dullahan be the spoiler?

Trainer Dale Romans sure hopes so.

"I'd like to have 120,000 people booing me on the way back to my barn. I can handle it," he said. Dullahan, who placed third at the Kentucky Derby a length and a half behind I'll Have Another, is the second choice at 6-1. Union Rags is 8-1.

Dullahan comes into this race well rested, having not run the Preakness Stakes.

"I wanted to run him in the Preakness. I wanted to hit all the Triple Crown races. But Jerry (Crawford) thought it gave us our best chance to win a Triple Crown race … just wait for this race, give me a little more time to prepare him for a mile and a half. After the way the race set up in the Preakness, I think he was right, and I think we did the right thing."
