For those who like to bet on the Oscars, this is definitely the category to check out for the most competitive odds/pricing.

There were actually three favorites:  “Wreck-It Ralph” at -150, “Brave” at +150 and “Frankenweenie” at +175.
“Wreck-It Ralph” is a Disney 3D animated feature about an arcade villain who rebels against his role and dreams of becoming a hero.  Nearly 60 percent of the betting public is backing “Wreck-It Ralph” with a payout potential of $10 for every $15 bet (with the $15 refunded should this film win).

Both “Brave” and “Frankenweenie” would pay out better than what is wagered with “Brave” promising a payout of $15 on a $10 bet and “Frankenweenie” $17.50 on a $10 bet.

“Paranorman” would pay out $260 on a $10 bet while “The Pirates!  Band of Misfits” would pay $360 on a $10 bet.
