Orb has won the 2013 Kentucky Derby on a sloppy track at -3.5 odds.  He was the favorite to win the race prior to Saturday’s soggy forecast.   Now get ready to bet the Preakness Stakes here.

Long shot Golden Soul finished second while Revolutionary, the other co-favorite, was third.

The 139th running of the Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs had a field of 19 horses as Black Onyx was scratched on Friday.

Favorites included Orb and Verrazano with Revolutionary listing as a favorite at some books.

This year’s Kentucky Derby was expected to drive more traffic to the Gambling911.com website than the Super Bowl in February.  Early numbers suggest May 4, 2013 could become one of the most trafficked days on record for Gambling911.com.
