Bolivia, Nicaragua and Venezuela are the latest countries to offer NSA leaker Edward Snowden asylum.
Snowden is accused of leaking details of top-secret U.S. and British government mass surveillance programs to the press. He is believed to be holed up in a Russian airport currently.
Russia remained the 10/11 favorite at Paddy Power as Snowden’s eventual “permanent” home though this looks less and less likely by the day.
Venezuela was now listed at 2/1 odds, however, Snowden may want to think twice as that South American country doesn’t exactly have a stellar track record when it comes to freedom of the press in recent years.
"In the name of America's dignity ... I have decided to offer humanitarian asylum to Edward Snowden," Venezuelan president Nicolás Maduro said on Friday.
"He has told the truth, in the spirit of rebellion, about the US spying on the whole world," Maduro said.
"Who is the guilty one? A young man ... who denounces war plans, or the US government which launches bombs and arms the terrorist Syrian opposition against the people and legitimate president Bashar al-Assad?"
"Who is the terrorist? Who is the global delinquent?"
Bolivia’s President Evo Morales also offered asylum to the NSA leaker.

Morales is furious after a handful of European countries refused to grant his plane air space following a departure from Russia. Portugal, France, Italy and later Spain claimed that Snowden had boarded Morales’ plane.
Bolivia was listed at 20/1 odds.
Nicaragua’s President Daniel Ortega said Friday he was willing to make Maduro's same offer "if circumstances allow it," although he didn't say what the right circumstances would be when he spoke during a speech in Managua.
"We have the sovereign right to help a person who felt remorse after finding out how the United States was using technology to spy on the whole world, and especially its European allies," Ortega said.
Nicaragua had odds of 9/1.
Ironically, the USA has shorter odds of 6/1 of getting Snowden.
