Payout on Frosted to Win the 2015 Breeders Cup Classic

The payout on Frosted winning this year’s Breeders Cup Classic was set at 10/1.

Frosted recently won the Grade 2 Pennsylvania Derby and has placed in the top three in five of his last six races.

The 3-year-old Tapit colt earned an official time of :47 for the move and galloped out in a solid :59 2/5 seconds during his workout in Santa Ana the other day, according to his trainer Kiaran McLaughlin.

"Thinking about the race with my handicapper hat on, American Pharaoh is going to be tough because he should be on an uncontested lead," said McLaughlin. "Hopefully Beholder puts some pressure on him, that would be great. Maybe we're laying second or third, but I think the race shape will be OK for us."

American Pharoah +130 (a $10 bet pays $13, a $100 bet pays $130)

Beholder 3/1

Honor Code 4/1

Tonalist 6/1

Keen Ice 8/1

Frosted 10/1

Gleneagles 14/1

Smooth Roller 20/1

Hard Aces 45/1

Effinex 75/1
