Some Cities More ‘Sinful’ Than Las Vegas Report Finds

According to a new report by real estate site Trulia that ranked major cities on how likely they are to indulge in the cardinal sins — lust, gluttony, greed, sloth, wrath, envy and pride — Las Vegas may be known by the moniker “Sin City” but isn't actually the most sinful city. That honor goes to - drum roll please - New Orleans.

Las Vegas claimed a spot in the top ten for three of the sins: lust, wrath and greed.

Lustful cities were ranked using Yelp-defined adult entertainment establishments per 10,000 households and Vegas fell behind another US gambling Mecca, Atlantic City.

Trulia created the rankings using these categories: adult entertainment, obesity, drinking, smoking, gambling, violent crime, salons and inequality.
