There are nine key things that will result in tourists getting the boot, as the Daily Mail reports.

After a number of incidents involving Chinese tourists opening plane doors, it's no surprise that number one on the list is any 'interference' with public transport facilities including planes, buses and boats, that media outlet notes.

Chinese tourists also behaved badly during Japan’s cherry blossom season with some photographed kicking the trees and while another woman in stilettos was videotaped climbing one.

These incidents have prompted the Chinese tourism Department to introduce new legislation entitled  'uncivilised behaviour law'.

The state tourism department hopes the new list will curb embarrassing incidents of Chinese citizens behaving badly abroad, though the ban will only last for five years.

There have even been calls to create separate tourism areas for Chinese visitors.

Gambling and pornography, while legal in other parts of the world, are illegal in China and has also been included in the list, the Daily Mail notes.

Last on the list pretty much covers it all, including items not specifically mentioned: “Any other unsavoury acts as determined by the State Tourism Department”.

NINE THINGS THAT WILL GET YOU BLACKLISTED BY CHINA

Interference with public transport facilities including planes, buses and boats
Damaging public facilities and public environments
Offending local customs or way of life
    Damaging areas of historical relevance
Participation in gambling, pornography or drugs
Not following police instructions and participation in activities that will endanger yourself, others or other people's property
Damaging the natural environment and not following wildlife and nature protection rules
Breaking the regulations at a tourism attraction and severely disturbing tourism ideals
Any other unsavoury acts as determined by the State Tourism Department
