2009 Kentucky Derby Post Positions Set

The 2009 Kentucky Derby post positions were announced Wednesday, earlier than in past years.  Due to the decision by ESPN not to air the post position announcement designations, Churchill Downs decided to move the event up to noon as opposed to the usual 6 pm EST.

Odds have been announced in addition to the Kentucky Derby post positions.  Note that some online gambling sites offer better odds than those posted by Churchill Downs. 

Here is the field, with post, jockey, trainer and odds released by Churchill Downs.
