I Want Revenge is the favorite to win the 2009 Kentucky Derby, though you might never know it unless you happened to look at the odds.  Few experts we've followed here at Gambling911.com seem to be picking I Want Revenge and both Dunkirk and Friesan Fire are picking up to the point where there is a good chance one or both of these horses may have shorter odds than I Want Revenge come post time Saturday evening.

Someone out there must think this horse is good though, and with that in mind we've checked out a few of the Gambling911.com endorsed online sportsbooks to determine which one had the best payout odds on I Want Revenge coming into Saturday morning.

Here were the odds that we uncovered:

BetUS.com +300

Sportsbook.com +250

betED.com +280

Sports Interaction +270

SBG Global +300

Congrats to both SBG Global and BetUS.com for offering the best payout odds on I Want Revenge.  Both books pay $50 more than Sportsbook.com for every $100 bet, which really adds up.  Don't be so hard on Sportsbook.com though as they offer some great value on other horses.

I Want Revenge was listed with 3/1 or +300 odds by Churchill Downs immediately following the post position announcement on Wednesday afternoon.

"It's really amazing we are not seeing longer odds on I Want Revenge," commented Don Shapiro of Gambling911.com.  "Considering this is not an overhyped horse while others are starting to gather momentum such as Friesan Fire, I would not be surprised to see longer odds come race time but I also expected as much heading into Saturday and that simply did not materialize.  The public is betting on I Want Revenge obviously."
