The UTA, Utah's equivalent of New York's Metro Transit Agency, will begin cracking down on those accessing online porn websites via the free wi-fi provided.  Online poker is next, some speculate.

Salt Lake City - UTA recently updated their rules. They haven't changed them since before Trax went online a decade ago. One of the changes includes inappropriate Internet use. UTA says they don't want its passengers using their free Internet for anything illegal or offensive, such as Internet gambling or pornography.

The new ordinance comes with a $300 fine for the first violation and $500 for repeated pornography downloads.
