While UK online betting companies continue to offer odds on this season's Big Brother, the amount of wagering is nowhere near its three year peak.  This has much to do with a dramatic drop in viewership.

"BB Stands for Big Bore", reads a headline from the South Manchester Reporter.

Insiders are now suggesting that all nine Big Brother winners are heading back to the house in a bid to boost the falling ratings.

Last week's launch show had the lowest ever ratings for a Big Brother series premiere, pulling in 4.79 million viewers and another 293,000 on Channel 4+1.

The first live eviction averaged 1.78 million viewers, while 7.66 million people watched Yasmina Siadatan's post-Apprentice winner's interview on You're Hired.

Cairon Austin-Hill has become the latest contestant to be voted out of the Big Brother house.
