Courtney Deandrea Stanton pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to defraud the United States and employee theft from the casino in which she worked.

Stanton is accused of accused of checking out keys to a cash kisok and leaving them atop the machine.  She was charged in the $192,800 theft from the Wind Creek Montgomery Casino in Alabama.

Late last month, charges were dropped against another man alleged to have been involved in that crime.

Travunn Dumas, also a former employee, was wrongly as the individual who picked up the keys from the kiosk.  He could still be charged along with his uncle Timothy Dean Pettiway for their alleged role in the robbery.

A federal prosecutor said Monday none of the stolen cash has been recovered.
