Can I Play on Fox Bet From Illinois?

You will not be able to play on Fox Bet from Illinios, at least not yet.  The company has opted not to allow those in Illinois to place wagers until it obtains a license from state regulators.  Currently sites like BetOnline, which are licensed outside the state, are available for real money betting within Illinois (residents and visitors alike can play on the site).  Max signup bonus $1000

Illinois is up and running with state-licensed online sportsbooks this March Madness.

Illinois lawmakers passed legislation allowing for sports wageringback in June of 2019 but the state was slow at implementing rules and regulations.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Governor Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker temporarily lifted the requirement to register on-site and that was continuing into the early part of 2021.  This allowed those in the state to register their betting accounts online or via their mobile devices.

Remote registration will be open through March Madness.
