• William Kassouf comes in at number 5.

• Annie Duke is still up there and sits in the number 2 position.

• Taking top spot has to be the trio of worthies behind the Full Tilt Poker scandal that left players owed money for well over a year and scarred the online poker sector for many years thereafter.
• Chris ‘Jesus’ Ferguson, Howard 'The Professor’ Lederer and CEO of the online poker, Ray Bitar, top the PokerTube list.
• Their individual roles in the scandal has never been quite clear but their involvement has never been in doubt.
• The failure to reveal what really happened, and apologise for their parts in it, have seen Ferguson and Lederer held as pariahs by the community.
