(MYFOX NATIONAL) - In these tough economic times, many families are facing unique financial challenges. And a modern-day Robin Hood wants to help.

The man who goes by "RobinHood702" is a high-stakes blackjack player in Las Vegas who last year helped one family whose daughter's battle with brain cancer put them $35,000 in debt. Now RobinHood702 wants to help another family.

"I'm looking for anyone that's in debt ... that needs some help," he told Fox News . "I'm going to look for the story that's really going to touch my heart. That's it."

The anonymous gambler is inviting people to share their stories on his Web site and plans to pick a lucky family sometime in the next two months.

"I'm going to look for the story that's really going to touch my heart," RobinHood702 said. "I have gone through a rough year myself, through personal tragedies in my family and financial difficulties, so I know what it's like. But you know what? I'm still here and I still want to help a family, period. Nothing is ever easy for anyone, and I know that full well."

Last year, RobinHood flew Kurt, Megan and Madison Kegler to Las Vegas first class, put them up in a luxurious hotel, treated them to expensive restaurants and spa treatments, and gave them $35,000 in cash to help them get out of debt.

This year RobinHood702 is being joined by Dr. Richard Schultze, a friend who said he was inspired by the Keglers' story, who will help out a second family. He said he's prepared to give "thirty, forty, fifty thousand dollars" to the family he chooses. "Whatever they need to save their home, to get out of debt, to get out of bankruptcy, I want to help someone out."
