Current Hot Tennessee Sports Betting News - January 18, 2023 - Tennessee’s Sports Betting Market shatters more records in December. (scroll down for more).

Transparency Matters - When you happen upon reviews for the U.S. regulated sportsbook market, including the Tennnessee sports wagering market, chances are you'll be prompted to an affiliate link.  Once you click on that review site link and, assuming you join, the site in question will receive upwards of 45 percent of your losses. Gambling911.com does not partake in affiliate deals.  We are not licensed in any state to do so.  And we plan to keep it that way.  The Tennessee sportsbook reviews below feature links with zero tracking.  The Jazz Sports banner below is "ad buy" only.  Gambling911.com DOES NOT receive a percentage of player losses from Jazz.

Not only will you find reviews for each book in the Tennessee market, all the latest news can be found below as well.

Tennessee is that rare state where ONLY mobile is permitted as there are no actual land-based casinos located here.  21 and up can place real money bets.  There is one major disadvantage to wagering with these sites in that the state caps winnings at 90%, meaning that anything above that amount is withheld.  As a result, Tennessee gamblers find themselves attracted to offshore sportsbooks.  Not only do these books NOT withhold the 10%, they also do not report winnings.

Though Tennessee itself does not have any retail sportsbooks, Tulepo, an hour south from Memphis, does.  Oddly enough, Mississippi does not offer mobile sports betting outside the casino properties.

The state did renew licenses for FanDuel, BetMGM, DraftKings and local favorite Action 247 back in October 2022.  The fate of the other companies operating in Tennessee appearing below is unknown as of January 2023.

Tennessee Licensed Mobile Sportsbooks

*Not listed in any particular order

1. DraftKings - They have the advantage of being licensed in over a dozen U.S. states, 17 as of January 2023.  Tennessee residents are eligible for up to a $1000 bonus.

Recently, DraftKings was the subject of a massive customer account breach.  The data breach involved around 67,000 affected players.

“In the event an account was accessed, among other things, the attacker could have viewed the account holder’s name, address, phone number, email address, last four digits of a payment card, profile photo, information about prior transactions, account balance, and last date of password change,” a notice warned.

DraftKings receives 90% 1 star reviews from TrustPilot, which is beyond terrifying.

Renee writes: CANT GET MY WINNINGS - "I have been trying to get my winnings and i cant get a code to go to my email to get my winnings i have contacted customer support over 9 times about this and i keep getting the run around. This come is a scam and it is real crazy that they can treat their customers this way. i guess i have to bet back my winnings and never bet with them again."

Greg Pearson writes: DraftKings Customer Service might be the worst of any major company in the world

"This complaint is about customer service. (I actually like the gameplay.) Customer service is available ONLY by opening a ticket. You cannot contact them by phone or chat, which is inexcusable in the 2020s. Then you have to wait for days for them to act on your ticket. How can a company doing this well have such awful customer service?"

Date of experience: December 30, 2022

2. FanDuel - They are licensed in 18 U.S. states.

3. BetMGM

4. Caesars

5. SuperBook - They offer up to $1000 in free bonus money to those betting from Tennessee.  Super Book offers a unique feature - the early cashout.  Bettors basically have the option of taking some profits early on a bet they have a good chance of winning, or of cutting their losses should that bet look to be losing.  Learn More Here

6. WynnBET

7. BarStool Sports

8. Hard Rock - Hard Rock Sportsbook is currently legal and live in the following states: Arizona, Indiana, Iowa, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Virginia.  We are big fans of the Hard Rock as this is our closest full service casino to the Gambling911.com headquarters in Miami Beach.  When in Florida, be sure to visit the fabulous Seminole Hard Rock Casino and Guitar Hotel.

9. Action 247 - This is a local-only book that does not operate outside Tennessee.  That becomes a problem for anyone traveling outside the state as one won't be able to access Action 247 to place bets under these circumstances.

10. Betly - Betly Sportsbook is owned by Delaware North, a gaming and entertainment company based in Buffalo, New York. It launched in August of 2022 in the great state of Tennessee.

11. Wagr
