Cleveland Cavs player LeBron James has been made the slight favorite to be named NBA MVP for the 2009/2010 season according to the oddsmakers at BetUS.com (see website here).  James was closely followed by Kobe Bryant at 2/1 odds.

A handful of players clearly dominated the NBA landscape this season as well as clearly positioning themselves as most valuable to their respective teams. While perennial MVP potential mainstays Lebron, Kobe, and Wade are in the conversation once again, relative newcomers in the form of Dwight Howard and Kevin Durant made their presence felt just as emphatically.
