Super Saver wins the 2010 Kentucky Derby with odds of 15/1.  Jockey Calvin Borel has won three out of four Kentucky Derbys, the first to ever do so.  It is Todd Pletcher's first Kentucky Derby win.

Ice Box came in second place.    Paddy O'Prado, the favorite here at Gambling911.com, came in third.

This was one of the soggiest Kentucky Derby's on record with morning workouts cancelled and everyone handicapping which horses could perform best in the mud.  There were also concerns all day that some of the contenders would be pulled from the Derby. This was the second straight year the track condition at Derby time was expected to be listed as "sloppy."

And fresh in everybody's memory was the biggest long shot, Mine That Bird, winning in last year's mud.

"The track conditions, you never know who's going to relish it and who's going to detest it," said American Lion trainer Eoin Harty earlier in the day.

Now we know!

With this win it is time to start thinking about the Triple Crown and you can bet that at BetUS.com here.  Don't forget, the Kentucky Derby was only the first part of a double header for sports bettors today as you will want to get your bets in on the Mayweather/Mosley fight at BetUS.com here as well
