Having gone on a rampage against one poker player for what she deemed to be an insensitive remark against African Americans, ESPN has advised Gambling911.com that poker reporter Joy Miller is neither employed by them or speaks for their company.

Victory Poker pro Dan Bilzerian quoted the film Gran Torino on his Twitter page without referencing the film.

"A Mexican, a Jew and a colored fellow walk into a bar... The bartender looks up and says... Get the **** out of here"

In a voice mail message allegedly left by Miller, she advised Bilzerian that he would be required to apologize for using the word "colored" or else she would not be covering any of the Victory Poker pros, regardless of whether any of the online poker room's players made the final table.

Miller's decision not to cover the poker pros is being seen by many as an attack on free press.

ESPN owns exclusive rights to the airing of the 2010 World Series of Poker.
