March 2011 Online Poker Promotions From Cake

Cake Poker on Thursday released its March 2011 online poker promotions including Two for the Money, which gives players a free entry into kamikaze tournaments whereby no action is required since all hands are forced all-in every time (see Cake Poker here for more details).
