Jonathan Aguiar wants a restraining order against Matt Marafioti following Friday night’s brawl during the WPT Legends Tournament at the Bicycle

He tweeted:

Jonathan Aguiar ‏‪@JonAguiar

Been told that if I got a restraining order against Matt he wouldn't be able to play any tournaments I play, is that a thing?

Both players were escorted out of the casino and not permitted to continue playing in the event following the skirmish.  No serious injuries were reported but a lot of broken egos were.

“Like I'm scared of a fat 5 foot tall trust fund baby?” Aguiar tweeted in a previous post.

Aguiar was welcomed back to the Bicycle Casino over the weekend to take part in second chance registration.

Marafioti has become one of the single most hated players in poker of late following a highly publicized meltdown on Twitter where he tweeted seemingly endless attacks on his then girlfriend, poker player ***********.

More recently Marafioti was accused of taking part in a scheme to hack online poker accounts.  He has denied any wrongdoing.
