Rui "PepperoniF" Cao is reportedly the biggest winner for the month of June 2011 in high stakes online poker, that according to HighStakesDB.com

The PokerStars player is currently up $580,000 for the month, and this is despite being decimated by Swedish online poker phenom Viktor “Isildur1” Blom in the PokerStars Superstar Showdown just a few days ago.

The American is up $1.5 million in high stakes online poker games since the start of the year.

Things have been a little more rough on the live circuit for Cao, however.  He hasn’t had much success in the high stakes games that have been running in Macau, coughing up $800,000 to Finland’s Patrik Antonius, who was later booted from the games for his “tight games”.
