Theo Jorgensen Sits Atop 2010 WSOP Leader Board
The Dane, Theo Jorgensen, continues to excite at the 2010 World Series of Poker (WSOP).
With a mere 78 players coming into Friday, Jorgensen sits atop the 2010 WSOP leader board with 9,300,000 chips. Jorgensen is one of Denmark’s most recognizable professional poker player names.
Sitting in the number two spot is another recognizable name, Michael Mizrachi, who earlier this year fell on some bad luck and lost his Hollywood, Florida home to foreclosure. He also owed the IRS more than $300,000.
But Mizrachi turned things around in recent months, winning over a million dollars in one major WSOP tournament. He will also cash out of this one regardless of what transpires over the next two days of play before the final table is determined.
2010 WSOP play resumes this afternoon until reaching 26 players.
