Dan Fleyshman, founder and CEO of Victory Poker confirmed to CoinFlip.com Monday that his online poker room will indeed be moving over to the Cake Poker Network.
Rumors first began surfacing over the weekend. Gambling911.com covered the story on Saturday (see Victory Poker Provides Winning Ingredient for Cake Poker).
Victory Poker currently operates on the fledgling Everleaf Online Poker Network.
The move by Victory will officially be announced September 1.
Along with the announcement, there will also be a London party featuring none other than Playboy Playmate Sara Underwood, who will be locked up in a cage.
Speaking exclusively to the folks at CoinFlip.com, Fleyshman said: "I really was happy with the passion of the team at Everleaf but I felt like CAKE could handle all things that I wanted deep down inside," Dan Fleyshman explains to Coinflip.
"They have a Malta license which is where I happily live! Over 100 employees, management that I see working hard at all the conventions and loads of guaranteed tournaments! I'm really excited to do promotions with them, they are already successful but I want to help build that whole network on a global scale," he continues.
Fleyshman also pointed to Cake Poker’s relationship with big name pros such as Doyle Brunson and Phil “The Unabomber” Laak.
There will also be a photo shoot following the announcement.
"Three days after the Cake launch party/my birthday we're doing a photoshoot that the Cake Network and the rest of the world is going to love. Sara Underwood, Emma Glover, Rosie Jones, and Victoria Moore are going to be shooting a full fledged Cake fight... So yeah, I'm excited, there's gonna be lots of fun things to do with Cake and I'm excited for the players to be able to have all these tournaments and games to choose from!" Dan concludes.
Fleyshman is looking to become the next big name in online gambling, and more specifically online poker.”
Fleyshman is also the founder of Who’s Your Daddy Energy Drink, which not only gives you wings, it also gives you added sex drive….supposedly.
Cake Poker in recent months has endeavored to enhance its brand through a more aggressive marketing campaign.
