In an effort perhaps geared towards attracting the younger voter, Senator John McCain's latest ad campaign for US President mocks his opponent, Senator Barack Obama, and seemingly compares him to both Britney Spears and Paris Hilton.

The 30-second ad does not even focus on McCain.

"He's the biggest celebrity in the world," a narrator says, over chants of "Obama, Obama." The screen then shifts to shots of the two aforementioned female pop icons amidst paparazzi.

"But, is he ready to lead? With gas prices soaring, Barack Obama says no to offshore drilling. And, says he'll raise taxes on electricity. Higher taxes, more foreign oil, that's the real Obama."

One of the final images is of Obama's face next to large type stating, "More Foreign Oil."

Many in the press have criticized a recent trip taken by Obama in the Middle East whereby he was treated like a celebrity. Bill O'Reilly of Fox News regularly referred to the trip and its surrounding media frenzy as "The Magical Mystery Tour", paying homage to The Beatles.

Barack Obama is listed as the -250 favorite to become the next President of the United States compared to John McCain at just shy of 2/1 odds at Sportsbook.com
