Most of the betting action for tonight's Manny Pacquiao vs. Ricky Hatton fight is going towards Pacquiao and this has meant the line continues to move upwards in his favor.  At last check, Pacquiao was a -230 favorite at Bookmaker.com.  This is good news for anyone looking to wager on Ricky Hatton.  He now pays almost 2/1 odds.

"This event is definitely getting plenty of action on a day where we are so focused on the Kentucky Derby," says Payton O'Brien of Gambling911.com.  "It looks as if the sportsbooks are going to have a banner day today."

Bookmaker.com also anticipates the fight to go more than 9 ½ rounds with a line of -130.  Should the fight end at 9 rounds or under, even odds would be paid out.

Pound for pound, Manny Pacquiao is the best boxer in the world, writes Lenox Lewis for a piece that appeared in Time Magazine recently.

More importantly, Lewis points out, is that Pacquiao has connected with the people of his home nation, The Philippines, to where he is now looked at as a god.  Those Filipinos living in the U.S. have followed as well, which might explain the heavy wagering on this fight - and specifically on Pacquiao - originating from the U.S.

How We Follow Horse Racing Has Completely Changed

Horse racing has always been a sport built on routine. Certain days meant certain tracks, the form guide landed when it landed, and if you missed a race, you simply caught up later. Following the sport required a bit of commitment, a bit of patience, and often a bit of guesswork.
