The following Kentucky Derby current odds were as of 1:45 pm and because of the betting frenzy taking place this afternoon, these odds were subject to change over periods of minutes if not locked in immediately.

While Sports Interaction offered some of the best payout odds throughout the morning, this was not necessarily the case heading into the afternoon as they slashed odds on most horses.  Pioneer of the Nile, however, was still getting +550 odds for a payout potential of $550 on every $100 bet according to Gambling911.com's most recent data.  Long shot Join the Dance still paid $8000 for every $100 bet.

Sportsbook.com updated their odds and had the best numbers on the following horses:

Dunkirk +450

Musket Man +2500

West Side Bernie +4000

Mr. Hot Stuff +3500

Flying Private +5000

BetUS.com was not offering the best lines during the AM but that changed early this afternoon.  They were offering the best odds on the following horses:

Dunkirk +450

Regal Ransom +3000

Advise +3500

Atomic Rain +5000

And finally, SBG Global continued to offer the best odds on more than a quarter of the horses.

Friesan Fire +500

Chocolate Candy +2000

Desert Party +1500

Papa Clem +2000

General Quarters +2000

Nowhere to Hide +5000

We should note that SBG Global was offering nearly double the payout odds on Friesan Fire than some of their competitors.

How We Follow Horse Racing Has Completely Changed

Horse racing has always been a sport built on routine. Certain days meant certain tracks, the form guide landed when it landed, and if you missed a race, you simply caught up later. Following the sport required a bit of commitment, a bit of patience, and often a bit of guesswork.
