This NBA betting preview for the Denver Nuggets vs. Sacramento Kings game is brought to you by Bookmaker.com where the overnight line was Denver -5 ½.

Sacramento is 6-4 in this series Straight Up over the last 10 games.  They are 7-2-1 Against The Spread due to how close these teams have played in recent times.  Denver has only won once by more than the current spread in this series.  Interestingly enough, that game was on the road as well.

There is a reason why the Kings are in the NBA cellar this season.  Oh wait, there are a few reasons:

Sacramento has the third worst rebounds in the league at 38.6.

Sacramento has the third worst defence in the league, allowing 105.1 points per game.

Sacramento is second worst in field goal percentage against in the league at 48.0.

Sacramento gives up the second lowest free throw percentage in the league at 72.9% per game.

Sacramento allows the third most three points made in the league with 7.5 per game.

The Nuggets, who had lost 20 in a row at Arco Arena prior to victories in their last two visits, now could cause the Kings to match the longest home losing streak in franchise history.

Billups averaged 26.3 points and 9.3 assists during Denver's three-game winning streak before being held to 12 points and four assists in a 108-91 loss to San Antonio on Thursday.

The Nuggets (13-7), whose previous worst loss with Billups in their lineup was a 104-90 defeat to the Los Angeles Clippers on Nov. 21, had only 19 assists on Thursday -- their fewest in three weeks and 18 fewer than two nights earlier in a 132-93 win over Toronto.

Despite the Sacramento Kings playing so poorly, Gambling911.com believes that they will be able to cover the +5 ½ in this game.
