There is still plenty of time for NBA clubs to get their act together and come alive by this season's end.  NBA payout odds are still quite good for nearly all teams, including the Boston Celtics which today would pay $300 for every $100 bet if they were to win the 2009 NBA Championship (lock these odds in now at Diamond Sports International)

The Los Angeles Lakers probably have the least favorable payout odds, just better than even at +125 (pays $125 for every $100 bet).

Portland, Denver, Houston, Atlanta, Orlando are somewhat of surprises early on and still offer solid payout odds.

Even teams like the New Jersey Nets are starting to look hot with some fresh new high scoring players.  The Nets would pay $25,000 for every $100 bet if they were to win the 2009 NBA Championship.

The Cavaliers pay $650 for every $100 bet, Atlanta $3500, Denver $2000, Detroit $810, New Orleans $1300, Orlando $1300, Portland $1700, and the San Antonio Spurs currently pay $2000 for every $100 bet at Diamond Sports International - You can find all NBA future betting odds there.
