The Tampa Bay Rays were seeing around 70% of the bets coming in as they take on the Marlins in Miami.  The Rays were a -127 favorite.

Tampa Bay have won three of the last four in this series with Miami winning four of the last ten dating back to 2015.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Rays RH Nathan Eovaldi (2-3, 4.08 ERA) vs. Marlins LH Wei-Yin Chen (2-5, 6.14)

Eovaldi rebounded from a four-game winless stretch, in which he allowed 16 runs over 23 1/3 innings, by holding Washington to one hit over six scoreless frames in a 1-0 victory Tuesday.

Chen posted his second quality start in three games Wednesday when he limited Arizona to one run on five hits over six innings of a 2-1 setback.

The Rays are 2-11 in their last 13 road games.

Baseball News

Chris Paddack Player Prop Bets

Paddack recorded 10 strikeouts over seven shutout innings on Monday in a win over the White Sox. Prior to that start, Paddack was obliterated by the Orioles, allowing nine runs on 12 hits in 5 1/3 innings.

Zach Eflin Player Prop Bets

Zach Eflin has great value in fantasy leagues for the April 26 game against the lowly Chicago White Sox.  Betting on Eflin and the Tampa Bay Rays might make sense if not for the -210 price tag.

Trevor Williams Player Prop Bets

The Nats Trevor Williams held the Astros to one run with four strikeouts across six innings in a no-decision on Saturday.  And the betting public was eating him up at a near 80% clip.
