Texas Rangers @ Arizona Diamondbacks (8 pm): Arizona ace Zac Gallen takes to the mound Wednesday night to try and stay alive.  Arizona is the -105 favorite.  Nathan Eovaldi can typically make it to the 7th inning.  He'll need to as the bullpens were put to work on Tuesday.  Eovaldi struggled in a no-decision against the Diamondbacks in Game 1 of the World Series on Friday night, surrendering five runs on six hits over his 4 2/3 innings of work.  Prior to that he logged a quality start in the victory over the Astros in Game 6 of the ALCS, allowing just two runs on five hits over 6 1/3 strong frames. Diamondbacks hitters got 19 hits in 63 at bats with 12 RBIs and 3 homers.  Lourdes Gurriel Jr. has two of those home runs.  Gallen has shown he can also make it through the 6th.  Rangers batters have hit 28 in 101 at bats against him with 8 RBIs but just two home runs.  Gallen had a tough-luck no-decision against the Rangers in Game 1 of the World Series after allowing three runs on four hits over his five innings of work.   Before that he gave up four runs on six hits over his six innings of work versus the Phillies and surrendered five runs facing the Phillies in the start prior to that one.  Gallen is due for a solid start and what better game than this?

College Football

Ball State Cardinals @ Bowling Green Falcons (7 pm): This one featured a total of 40 after opening at 39 with just under 90% of action on the OVER.

NBA

Washington Wizards @ Atlanta Hawks (7:40 am): Atlanta opened at -8 and dropped to -7.5.  The Hawks were seeing early 88% of the action on the spread. This one dropped as low as -6.

Tennessee Titans @ Pittsburgh Steelers (8 pm): Tennessee Titans @ Pittsburgh Steelers: The line here had been hovering between Steelers -2.5 and -3 this week.  Titans were seeing 75% of the action.  Sagarin fives us a number of 3.91.  This one is on the money or a 1 point underlay and both tend to favor the favorite in the 3/2.5/2 range when the line does not move above the 3.

Nebraska Cornhuskers @ Michigan State Spartans (12 pm): A surging Nebraska Cornhuskers will face off against Michigan State on Saturday.  The Huskers are a -3 road favorite in this one.  They are 5-1 over their last six games with one bruising loss there to the Wolverines.  Read Our Preview Here

Notre Dame Fighting Irish @ Clemson Tigers (12 pm): BetUS host Gary Segars, and expert handicappers Kyle Hunter and Parker Fleming preview the College Football Week 10 game between Notre Dame and Clemson. They'll go over the best value college football odds available and betting trends and share their College Football expert predictions. 

Kansas State Wildcats @ Texas Longhorns (12 pm):  Texas was coming in as the -3.5 favorite in this game with action balanced.  Oddsmakers were moving the total accordingly as the OVER 50 was still seeing around 81% of the action.  The number had dropped from 49.

Texas A&M Aggies @ Ole Miss Rebels (12 pm): Ole Miss was seeing 70% of the spread action at -3.  This one has actually come down of the -3.5 and had even hit -2.5 at Bookmaker for a bit (1:30 pm to 5:30 pm Friday). 2.5 was not common.  Sagarin gives us a number of 3.3, putting this one right on the money.  The 3/3.5/4 line range with an accurate number tends to bode well for the dog.

Arkansas Razorbacks @ Florida Gators (12 pm): The Arkansas Razorbacks @ Florida Gators game features a line of Gators -3. Action was mostly balanced after the line came down off the -5.5 earlier in the week. 

Virginia Tech Hokies @ Louisville Cardinals (3:30 pm)

Oklahoma Sooners @ Oklahoma State Cowboys (3:30 pm) - Oklahoma was a -5.5 favorite in their interstate battle with Oklahoma State.  The Cowboys were getting much of the public backing at 77 percent

Penn State Nittany Lions @ Maryland Terrapins (3:30 pm): The Penn State vs. Maryland game features a line of -8 Nittany Lions.  This one has dropped from -10.5.  Action is balanced.

Kansas Jayhawks @ Iowa Hawkeyes (7 pm):

Washington Huskies @ USC Trojans (7:30 pm): The Washington vs. USC game has trended Huskies -4.5 to -3.  We did see a book drop to -2.5 and immediately move back up again.  Action was 73% on Washington as of Friday morning with the number at -3 and was closer to 65% at -3.5. Read Our Preview Here

Kentucky Wildcats @ Mississippi State (7:30 pm):  This one has come up from -3.5 across the board and we were even seeing a few 5.5's. Mississippi State should be favored here as we are getting a number of Bulldogs 0.37 courtesy of Sagarin.  So not only is the wrong team favored, we also have an overlay of 5.5.  In this range, that's major for the dog according to our model.  With a significant enough sampling, dogs are hitting at an 81% clip under this scenario. LSU Tigers @ Alabama Crimson Tide (7:45 pm): Sagarin gives us a number of Alabama 5.87, suggesting nearly a 3 point underlay.  We don't have much of a sampling of steady 3s for college football but in the NFL the underlay at 3 is very good for favorites.

UCLA Bruins @ Arizona Wildcats (10:30 pm): This one is moving between the -2.5 and -3.  We get a number of Bruins 1.32.  That suggests an overlay of at least a point, which is this range bodes very well for the underdog typically.

Miami Dolphins @ Kansas City Chiefs (Frankfurt, Germany) (9:30 am): Sagarin number is 3.51.  The line move was KC -2 and down to -1.5 most books with balanced action.

Minnesota Vikings @ Atlanta Falcons (1 pm): Minnesota -1.44 is your Sagarin number.  The line is Atlanta -4.

LA Rams @ Green Bay Packers (1 pm): We get a number of Packers 1.70 and a line of -3 coming up from -2.5 with 69% on the Rams.  This one is a slight overlay.

Washington Commanders @ New England Patriots (1 pm): Our number is New England 4.27.  The line is Patriots -3.5 to -3.  We have a 1 point underlay.

Seattle Seahawks @ Baltimore Ravens (1 pm): Our number is 5.80.  Action is balanced with Baltimore at -6 for a line that is right on the money.

Tampa Bay Bucs @ Houston Texans (1 pm): Houston 2.14 is the number here.  Action is balanced with a line of Houston -2.5 or -3 depending on the book with little movement.  This one is pretty dead on the number and that bodes quite well for the favorite.

Indianapolis Colts @ Carolina Panthers (4 pm):  Carolina 2.04 is the number.  Colts are the -2 point favorite.  Panthers were seeing 75% of the action with the line trending down a half point.  

New York Giants @ Las Vegas Raiders (4 pm): Our number is 1.1 Raiders.  The line is -1 Raiders.

Dallas Cowboys @ Philadelphia Eagles (4 pm): Our number is Philadelphia 4.61. Eagles were a firm -3 here with an underlay of 1.5.  This is very good for the favorite at the solid 3.

Buffalo Bills @ Cincinnati Bengals (8:20 pm): The number we get is Bengals 0.79.  Early action was a little over 60% Cincinnati.  This one was trending Bengals -3 to -2 but we've seen some books dip all the way down to -1.  That's an overlay of 1 to 2 and that -1 point number is on the money.  The overlays in this range are typically good for the favorite.

Monday November 6

  • LA Chargers @ New York Jets (8:20 pm):  The Sagarin number is Jets 2.73.  The actual line is Jets +3.5 with New York seeing close to 60% of the action overnight Sunday.  This is up from +3.  The early number was +2.5.  Sagarin gives us a number of Jets 2.7, which suggests the wrong team is favored and there is a 4.5 to 5.5 overlay.

  • Bowling Green Falcons @ Kent Golden Flashes (7 pm) - The line on this game moved from Bowling Green -7.5 to -9.  Sagarin gives us a line of 11.13.  There is an underlay of 2 to 3.5 points. 
  • Akron Zips @ Miami Ohio RedHawks (7 pm) - The line on this game opened at RedHawks -17.5.
  • Eastern Michigan Eagles @ Toledo Rockets (7:30 pm) - This one opened at Toledo -17.

  • North Texas at SMU (9 pm) - The line on this game opened at Mustangs -16.5.
  • Wyoming at UNLV (10:45 pm) - Sagarin gives us a line of 3.43.  That's the number the books all dropped to on Wednesday only to rebound back to 5 and 5.5.  That's giving us an overlay of 1.5 to 2 points. Overlays in this range from 3/3.5/4 tend to perform well for the underdogs at a near 80% clip.

NBA

  • Brooklyn Nets @ Boston Celtics (7 pm) - This one will be broadcast nationally on ESPN.

Saturday November 11

College Football

  • Alabama Crimson Tide @ Kentucky Wildcats (12 pm) - The Crimson Tide were a steady -10.5 favorite here with the line shifting occasionally to -11.  Sagarin has Alabama with a number of 14.46, indicative of a 4-point underlay.  Better than 80% of the early action was on the Tide.  Though a limited sampling, an underlay within this range typically performs well for the favorite, in this case Alabama.
  • Indiana Hoosiers @ Illinois Fighting Illini (12 pm) - The line was moving from Illinois -6 to -6.5.  We get a number of 7.71.  That's an underlay of 1 to nearly 2 points and bodes well for Illinois within this range.
  • Texas Tech Red Raiders @ Kansas Jayhawks (12 pm) - KU was a -3.5 favorite in this one.  Sagarin gives us a number right on the money at 3.57.
  • Maryland Terrapins @ Nebraska Cornhuskers (12 pm) - We have Nebraska the slight favorite here with our number (0.28) despite the oddsmakers offering the Terrapins up as the -2 point favorites moving to 2.5.  This bodes especially well for Nebraska.  
  • Michigan Wolverines @ Penn State Nittany Lions (12 pm) - Michigan is undefeated but with a 4-4 record Against The Spread. The line had moved from Wolverines -5 to -4.5.
  • Arizona Wildcats @ Colorado Buffaloes (2 pm)
  • Minnesota Golden Gophers @ Purdue Boilermakers (3:30 pm) - Purdue opened as a +1 home dog.  The line shifted to Purdue -1 by Monday. 
  • Rutgers Scarlett Knights @ Iowa Hawkeyes (3:30 pm) - Featuring the lowest total ever, 28.
  • Utah Utes @ Washington Huskies (3:30 pm) - The line was all over the place but with a base of 9 and 9.5 favoring Washington. We get a number of 5.83.  That's around a 3 to 3.5 overlay.

  • MSU Spartans @ Indiana Hoosiers (12 pm)
  • Purdue Boilermakers @ Northwestern Wildcats (12 pm) -This one comes in at Purdue -3 after opening at -1.  Our number is 1.97 Northwestern.  This indicates to us there is as much as a 5 point overlay, not to mention we believe the wrong team is favored.
  • 75% of the overlays and wrong teams favored in this line range of 3/2.5 without going over the 3 do go towards the underdog, in this case the Wildcats.
  • UGA Bulldogs @ Tennessee Vols (3:30 pm) - Georgia extended its streak of weeks being top-ranked in the AP Top 25 to 22 on Sunday, giving the Bulldogs the second-longest run of being No. 1 in the 87-year history of the college football poll.
  • NC State Wolfpack @ Virginia Tech Hokies (3:30 pm)
  • Marshall Thundering Herd @ South Alabama Jaguars (5 pm)
  • KSU Wildcats @ Kansas Jayhawks (7 pm) - The second oldest state rivalry in the nation.
  • Florida Gators @ Mizzou Tigers (7 pm)
  • Florida Gators @ Mizzou Tigers (7:30 pm) - Overlays in the area of 10 to 11.5 have tended to perform well for the dog and it's interesting to know that the Gators have beaten Missouri in three of their last four games.  The one loss was in overtime by three points.

  • New York Jets @ Buffalo Bills (4:25 pm) - Following a loss to the Denver Broncos Monday night, the Bills had little choice but to fire offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey on Tuesday night.  The team, an early favorite to win the Super Bowl, now sit at 5-5.

  • Minnesota Vikings @ Denver Broncos (8:15 pm)

  • Philadelphia Eagles @ Kansas City Chiefs (8:15 pm) - Not only can you bet on this game but SportsBetting.ag has released Super Bowl rematch props for the Eagles-Chiefs as they are reporting this is the most wagered on NFL game of the season days ahead of the game even taking place.  The number is right on the money for this game and that tends to bode well for the favorite (Kansas City) in this range of 3/2.5/2 without going over the 3.  Action was 60/40 on Philadelphia yet books were keeping this one at 2.5 (not moving the line down).

BetOnline released odds Tuesday on the newly announced Terence Crawford vs. Israil Madrimov fight, scheduled for August 2 in Los Angeles.  Crawford is likely to be a big favorite.
