Harden has scored 37 or more points in two of his last five starts.  With the Spurs struggling with their defense, Harden should have a banner night, at least in theory.

From FiveThirtyEight.com:

San Antonio is allowing 114.1 points per 100 possessions, the third-worst figure in the NBA and on track to be the worst mark in the franchise’s history. In absolute terms, they’re 1.3 points per 100 possessions behind the 1987-88 team that drafted Robinson No. 1 overall.5 Of course, the offensive environment in 2019-20 is a bit different than it was back then,6 but even adjusting for era, this is the worst defense in Spurs history. San Antonio’s 114.1 defensive rating is 5.7 points per 100 possessions worse than the league average defense this season. The 1987-88 unit was 4.8 points per 100 worse than the average unit in the league at the time.

Meanwhile, the Rockets defense has been inconsistent.

DeRozan finished with 15 points, nine rebounds, five assists and three steals in 35 minutes on Friday.

He scored 24 versus the Lakers and had scored 21 points or more in each of San Antonio's last five games.

OVER for both these players should hit in this matchup.
